Hi everyone,
I have one spreadsheet.
I am looking for the remaining entitlement for sickness by pulling data of how many days/hours have been already used.
Could anyone help?
It is a very complex question.
H2 = Start date of the employee
I2 = Start date of the absence
J2 = End date of the absence
L2 = days/hours of the absence, but there are multiply lines of sickness (e.g. 1 employee can have 3 lines so they are in L2,L3 and L4)
There is no cell for the total used - I think I need that
R2 = month in service as employees have different entitlement, depends on how many month they are working with us.
S2 = Sickness allowance in days
T2 = Sickness allowance in hours
How do i get the remaining sickness entitlement of we have these criterias:

Can i somehow send the excel spreadsheet to you?
