Teams external access

Please i have a colleague who just reported this issue to us.

They want to be able to communicate with one email address externally which is Mosesxxxx@Stuff .com.

I understand if they enable external access for specific users that are on our domain.

But Is there no way to whitelist just that external email address to our environment so anyone internally can talk to it

Did you mean you have blocked external access to your tenant, but you would like to enable users to be able to communicate with a specific external contact?

Have you tried added this external contact as a guest user in your tenant?
