Hi
I've recently checked my computer, and I wanted to upgrade to Windows 11 however the PC Health check app says that my Intel Core isn't supported. My intel core is i5 6500 and apparently its not supported. However, upon checking the list of supported processors it clearly shows that my core is supported. My pc has 16gb of ram and 512gb of m.2 SSD, and 2tb of HDD. Can anyone please tell me what's going on here?

    Hi @Dragon Racer ,

Unfortunately, Inter Core i5 6500 is not supported even if it's a good processor.

    Oh
But on the list I read it was supported
Anyways though I heard that you can submit a claim to microsoft to ask them to include the processor support you need (or smth like that). Is it possible to try that way, and if so, then how?
