How to have multiple time zones implemented in Shifts using Teams

I'm looking for a way to implement shift schedules for a big organization that will need to allow for shifts to be created and displayed depending on the individuals own time zone. I would also like the feature to see those time zones display for the week in my time zone so I can see the overlay.

    Hi BrandonStewart-2634,

In Shifts, it is unfeasible to achieve automatically adjusting time to stuff’s local time zone once you’ve chosen the displayed Shift time. However, there will be a “Red” color notice in the interface, which will tell people the exact displayed time zone in their Shift, and it can help you in some degree.

If it cannot meet your requirements, we recommend you that please give a feedback to https://microsoftteams.uservoice.com/forums/555103-public/suggestions/37695058-multiple-time-zones-in-shifts.

Microsoft will always focus on customer’s feedback and experience. Some new features would be added to the services based on customers' feedback in the future, and your good ideas will be very helpful for them to improve the service.

Your time, understanding and cooperation will be highly appreciated.
