Microsoft Forms: Issues with Formatting

I have been trying to make a question with rating format on scale of 1-10.
Forms behave poorly and truncate the whole text.

> Should be able to justify to get the text properly and look & feel should be improved.

This question/issue is with MICROSOFT FORMS , but funny thing is not tag is available for it. So I selected random Window-forms tag otherwise i can't post this question.
