Can i add a message somewhere so that everytime an automated message is sent from SQL Server Reporting Services it will add on this extra message.

We want to move servers and i want all the current subscribers to reports to get there excel report and a new message saying 'Please note they will now be getting sent from Carson server etc etc'.

Is this possible plz?

    "Automated messages" are subscription send by email and in every subscription you can add a comment.
    See To create an e-mail subscription => Under Delivery options (E-Mail), specify: Enter a Comment if desired.
    The comment gets added to the email body.
