Azure subscription and VM issue

Earlier, I had Visual studio subscription with id “xxxxxxx” ” (In Azure Portal associated with old VM) but when I requested for activation of VS subscription, I got new subscription with id “xxxxxxxxx” (In Azure Portal associated with VM). Now, the problem I am facing is that I am not able to start/access my old VM neither I am able to move old subscription to new subscription in old VM configuration. I also tried creating new VM associated with new subscription but then tried to use disk of old VM with new VM but I see no way of attaching it with new VM as old VM is deallocated and disabled. Can you please provide me the solution to reactivate my old VM or reactivating the old subscription I had so that I can run my old VM as I have developed code in this VM to be checked in. Otherwise, I will loose all code and will have to reconfigure and setup everything in New VM.
