I have had an azure support case open for more then 30 days and I have not been provided with any actionable steps towards a solution or an escalation path.

Is there some way to reach an account manager or next-tier support?
I am unsure how to get answers to my queries and migrate my customers to Azure if I can not get support and answers to queries or a path towards a solution.
