unable to recover password

Question

Hi Team,

I have mistakenly created multiple IDs for certifications as I was trying to link account with my employer ID.
Meanwhile I forgot the password and the mobile number required to generate the code is no longer with me.

While recovering it is asking for details where my ID was created is again causing problem for me as I had 3 addresses: 2 in delhi (mothers house and in laws house )and 1 in noida (rental)

i have my certification id and unable to find access code in emails.
i want to login to my account to book more certifications and download the az-900 certification that I cleared.
