I just hace lost my account of facebook in the authenticator and i need to unlink my account of Facebook From The authenticator , but i am incapable to acces to my account in Facebook and disable the authenticator and the same way back.

The authenticator is simply a code generator. The two factor is setup on the service provider. If there's no backup to restore from then you'll need to use the service provider's methods of account recovery. https://www.facebook.com/help/231208473756221
