Microsoft build special driver for external monitor OSD controller

Whether Microsoft can build an external monitor controller driver which just like USB device, via this driver we can adjust an external monitor's brightness, saturation, just use software technology to control ?

This does not seem be to ConfigMgr issue. OSD in ConfigMgr is refer to Operating System Deployment. Build driver is out of our support topic. Thanks very much for your understanding.
