iis crash on using asp.net on fresh installed win 2019

Question

Hi,
I have new wistalled win2019 server and trying to move asp.net wep application to it.
Application currently run on win 2016 server with asp.net 4.7 with no problem.
However, any attempt to run asp.net files cause to iis crash with details below:
