Azure DevOps - Requirements for a report, using Pipelines for environment management & Automating testing

Hi All,

Very new to DevOps so please bear with me :) I am working on an implementation of SAP S4/HAHA and we have decided to use DevOps as our defect managment tool. I have been working on setting up DevOps and am finding good business cases for making use of other DevOps services/funtionality.

I have 3 questions and help on any would be greatly appreciated.

1. We have a reporting catalogue for MI/FI and we are planning to load these as requirements but, is there a better work item type that maybe more suited? I have been adding certain columns from the catalogue as tags but the list is getting very long. Can I add additional fields rather than tags i.e. is the report MI/FI?
2. We have experienced some issues with environment management and from my initial investigation I can see Pipelines can be used for Environment managment. I need to understand if it works for SAP? Also, are there any online resources for setting up DevOps?
3. Can you run automated tests for SAP S4/HANA

Any help would be really appreciated.
