On multiple computers, my Windows + P hotkey, to extend the screen, is not working anymore after using the Take a Test app in Enforcement mode with the below URL:

ms-edu-secureassessment:https://google.com!enforcelockdown

I already tried restarting the computer or switch useraccount.

Anyone a suggestion how to solve this without reïnstalling the computer?

    Hi Win2022-4944,

I resolved this issue in the past by replacing DisplaySwitch.exe version with a version I found on-line. Now both the Windows+P combo AND the Fn+F10 combo are working.

You. An source this file online.

    DisplaySwitch.exe

Replace the file that is in your Windows/System32 directory.
You may have to change settings in the Security Tab of the file like I did so you can overwrite or delete/rename the file.

In the Group or User Name section, I edited "Users (your PC name\Users" so the Allow row was all checked - then
Click on Advanced and then Change the Owner from TrustedInstaller to Users (your PC name\Users)

This SHOULD allow you to get rid of the offending file.

Hopefully this will resolve your issue.
