I have lost my backup on the previous phone, and that cause me losing in accsss to lots of accounts, please help

I installed the app on my previous phone, but during the backup to move all the information to the new phone i lost all the data of the application.
Now i lost my access to my personal facebook and many other accounts.
Please advise me.
