I'm getting billed for an account that I do not have access to

I used to have an Azure account that I slightly used and one day I decided to close down my Outlook account that I was using to manage this Azure account.

Now, there is a running Azure account without any users. Every month I got a new billing mail and my CC got charged. When I try to login using the account mentioned in the billing mail, I got an error message telling me that this account does not exist.

How could I reach out to microsoft to stop the billing or discuss it? When a company charges you and gives you no way to discuss the charge or dispute it then I call it a pure scam!

You can create a support ticket here.

Same thing is happening to me.
Thank you for the support link above but that opens the help + support in my active azure portal which has no access to the directory in question.

The pre-canned answers do not allow you to specify the correct issue. Why is there no text box to input the ID of the directory the issue is occurring?
