Здравствуйте. There are two organizations. There is a trusting bilateral relationship between us. We have an Exchange server and I want to create mailboxes for their domain.

How can I do this? I also want Outlook to connect automatically.

    Hi @Андрей Михалевский

According to your description, I suppose you have two forests and have established two-way forest trust between them.
If this is the case, you may create linked mailbox for the users in another forest.
Please refer to this link for detailed information: Manage linked mailboxes in Exchange Server

    Here are the steps:

    1. access EAC>recipients>mailboxes
    2. click + and select linked mailbox
    3. under Trusted forest or domain you should see the account forest
    4. select a domain controller in the account forest and the account (linked master account) to have a mailbox
    5. set the Name, OU, logon name for the linked mailbox

To have users connect via Outlook to the linked mailbox, you may need to have a A record autodiscover.<logon domain>.com to point to the ip address of Exchange server.
And to login the mailbox, the user need to use the credentials in the account forest. (It is also the same in OWA)
