Exam registration

Question

I have registered for a Azure Fundamentals exam on 8th July 2022 with a new Outlook account I was reuired to setup.
The account was something like "nirajchopra@harsh.com .com"

1: I can no longer access this account because I cannot remember any of the details relating to it.
2: Can the exam and my registration be associated with my personal e-mail account (niraj.chopra@Karima ben .co.uk)?
3: Can confirmation / link be sent to my work e-mail niraj.chopra@schroders.com
4: I need to change the exam date to an earlier date so need access as soon as reasonably possible.
