Unable to create a anything from the Azure Portal

Dear Team,

I am unable to create a anything from the Azure Portal. whenever i am try to create VM, Load Balancer and storage account or whatever i try to do it's not working. always i am getting this error "Oops! Could not create the marketplace item This marketplace item is not available.". it was working fine day before yesterday. Please help me out.

Please try below suggestions and see if these help:

Can you try deploying VM or other resources in a different region.

Can you please try to deploy using the Powershell or Azure CLI and confirm if that is working.

Please refer these document for Powershell and Azure CLI VM deployment.

If you are still facing issue, do let us know for help you further on this.

Hi,

Thanks for quick response. I am a Newbie, My first question is how would i change my region without create resource group, what i know the process, first click on resource group-- then -- add button -- then it ask about name, region and etc but whenever click on resource group--add button-- i got this error "oops could not create the marketplace item this marketplace item is not available". is there any alternate please let me know.

Second question, is this the only way i always go through to create my resource every time (Powershell or Azure CLI) ?

Let me clear to you, i have not experience on Powershell or Azure CLI.
As you suggested, i tried to create a storage account, and it has been created sucessfully but when i tried to create VM it not happen.
i humble request to all of you please restore my portal as default because of i am not as a experts like you, i am try to learn Azure from very Basic. Please help me out.

As i checked Services are register with "microsoft.compute" for VM and "microsoft.network" for Network in my Resource Providers. But still i am unable to create any object. Please let me know what should i do for further step.

same thing is happening with me today ,i was able to create and run few service today ,but later in day whenever i am trying to create anything new (like traffic manager ,web app etc) its not loading anything .

yes, I tried creating traffic manager via PowerShell that was successful .

Could anybody help what could be the solution to make my Azure portal working as normal .

Note: i was using free Subscription which i upgraded to pay-as-you-go subscription...

Try Moziila Firefox. it will work. I have faced the same issue.

What do you mean by "change my region without create resource group"?

In the Azure most entities are built under the Azure Resource Manager (ARM) which mean they are under specific Resource Group. Usually (as you wrote) we first create the Resource Group and then we add entities to that resource Group but the Azure Portal allows you to create the resource group in the process of creating new entity as well. In this case when you create new entity then you can select existing resource group or create new one.

(Using the portal) Please try to create only a new resource group in "Central US". Is this works well for you?

If yes, then (Using the portal) please try to create a basic VM in that resource group

Is this worked for you?

Note: if you cannot create a resource group then you probably do not use a subscription or account that have permission. Check your subscription. Confirm that you do not use a learning subscription or free one (if you do then please inform us)

NO!

These options like PowerShell are more flexible than the Portal, and in some cases there are things that we can do which are not supported in the portal.

There is another advantage in using these tools which is that you might get better and more detailed error messages.

Not able to create the WordPress resource, as it is showing me an error in App name. Already tried multiple app names but Azure is not accepting.
