The XAML Designer has exited unexpectedly. (Exit code: c000027b)

Question

I have just setup a UWP and a winUI 2.7 project for the first time to play around and get familiar with it, but whenever I zoom in the designer more than 34% it just crashes and displays this screen. only thing i did was adding a mica background and title bar by following the docs, i would like some help fixing this issue, thanks.
