I found n WUHandler log and no patches are installing.

What are the Task Sequence steps before and after received the shutdown request? It will be helpful for us to research further if you could share the Task Saquence steps.
We could also review the Smsts.log AppEnforce.log and TSDTHandler.log to get more messages.

Download is not happening from particular Distribution Point. If the package removed from distribution Point then it downloads the package from Azure DP.

It is difficult for us to move on and help to troubleshoot due to we don't know the actual Task Sequence steps. Please help to confirm what is actual execution of the action in task sequence before the External system shutdown request happened. Perhaps wed could disable this action in Task Sequence temporarily and check whether the task sequence will be finished. It will be better if you could share the screenshoot of your Task Sequence and smsts.log. Note that don't forget to mask your personal information while you provide any information in this forum.

@Rita Hu -MSFT Hello Rita, "Task sequence failed due to an external shutdown request received during execution" occurs again. There is a restart computer step and it restarted. Post restart task sequence does not continue. "Task Sequence Manager could not initialize Task Sequence Engine. code 80004005 " is the message. But I can see in the status message that furhter steps are progressing as per SCCM status message for the device. Verified the event logs that restart happened from tsmanager.exe which is part of OSd as per System event id 41, 1074, 6006, 6008 is Management Point connectivity can cause the issue? Please help how to troubuleshoot.
