Add members with difference license

Would it be possible to assign different license to people who don't need access to Outlook or similar things?

If you want to use the full experience of Microsoft Teams, except the Microsoft Teams license, the Exchange online license, SharePoint Online license and OneDrive for Business license are needed.

You can buy the suitable subscription for your organization. Different subscriptions can provide different features of Microsoft Teams.
