Is azure@email.microsoft.com a valid email address from Microsoft Azure Team

Question

We received an email from azure@tiedtlaw email .microsoft.com that either looks to be Spam or phishing. I found this post regarding valid support emails from Microsoft, but does not include the azure address mentioned, here: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/troubleshoot/azure/general/email-domains-support-agent. The email contains link to emails.microsoft.com.
