Quick Training "Est. Minimum Budget" is this a new policy?

I am seeing a new footnote in the Quick Training window, saying "Est. Minimum Budget: 1 hour" which was not showing up before, and quick training used to be quicker

Has there been any recent changes in the training price and policies?

Could you please provide some more details?

I have checked with the product team and got response, this is only UI change and there is no pricing change. I can understand the UI changes make you concern. Sorry for your experinece.

For policies and pricing change, the product team will post it in public if there is any in the future.
