Redownload microsoft certificate

Question

I got MOS 2016 certificate in August 2021 but I lost the certificate file, as well as the backup file, after updating my laptop. I tried to download it again but I am unable to sign in to the certificate dashboard. I already put the correct email for my profile but it always states that there is no Microsoft account with that e-mail. Is there any way to solve the sign-in problem or another way to download my certificate?
