Dear all,
I'm experiencing a boring daily issue.
Every day I got the following error message and the only workaround I found is to unsubscribe and recreate the connection.

Error code: 0x50331669
Extended error code: 0x0
Activity ID: {ad3cff20-8d1b-415f-90ab-6ff595250000}

During the day I'm able to connect multiple time without any issue but the day after I got this error.

My setup:

Edition Windows 10 Pro
Version 21H2
OS build 19044.1706
Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 120.2212.4170.0

Microsoft Remote Desktop
Version 10.2.1817.0
From Microsoft Store

Thanks in advance.
Best regards,
Nicola

We could fix it by installing a diffrent version of the Remotdesktop tool.

Solved this issue installing the latest version from here: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/virtual-desktop/users/connect-windows?tabs=subscribe.

Instead of installing the app from the MS Store.

We were having the same issues, and upon login into the client local PC, I noticed that RDP had an update pending. Once the Update was installed, the user was able to login without any issue. We have now added this app to our managed apps in our RMM to push updates.

    hope this helps..
    Thanks
