Move Specific Row Cells to Column Power Query

Question

Hello,

I am trying to figure out how to move 2 specific row cells to their own column. I have tried to Transpose, Unpivot, Merge Cells and Transpose, Use first row as headers and everything I can try to my knowledge and what I could find on the internet forums.

So, what I am exactly looking for is to be able to create a new column with that information in the blue circle without having to adjust the raw data sheet to make it work.
