You need to create the key, if it's not present. Assuming you have navigated to the Options key, select it > right click > New > Key > name it "General". Then follow the rest of the steps.
Cannot find DelegateWastebasketStyle in the registry
Items that are deleted from a shared mailbox go to my own deleted items folder in Outlook
The deleted items go to my own Deleted Items folder instead of the Deleted Items folder of the mailbox owner.
I tried the suggested workaround in this link, however I can't see the General folder under options. In that case, I can't modify the value of the DelegateWastebasketStyle.
Can someone please help in solving this issue?
Thank you.

2022-05-30T02:16:10.953+00:00 Hi @Liezel ,
Welcome to our forum!
Agree with michev. Please try to manually create the key and value.
Then follow the steps to create the DelegateWastebasketStyle value.
(Note: Serious problems can occur if you modify the registry incorrectly. Before making changes, back up the registry to restore it in case something goes wrong.)
Hope the above help!
