using dynamic lock with fitbit versa 3

Question

I have a fitbit versa 3. I am able to pair versa 3 with my Windows 10 device. However, the computer doesn't let me use dynamic lock with versa 3. It just says that "Dynamic Lock is not working because your PC has no paired device" even though in my bluetooth devices Versa 3 is clearly paired. What am I doing wrong?

I would suggest do a basic check on windows according to : Dynamic Lock is not working or missing in Windows 10/11

Then post in fitbit community , users there may be more familiar with this issue.
