Visual Studio - View PDF in 2 parts

I noticed that you can view PDF documents in Visual Studio, by adding the extension PDF Viewer.

What I wanted to do was read the PDF, and at the same time in another area of the window, see something else. So add other pane? Or split view? Couldn't figure it out.

For example, as you read, it may say "refer to Figure 1". So look at both parts of the document at the same time.

How do you do this?

    Welcome to Microsoft Q&A forum.

    As you know, the situations for different extensions are different. Could you help to confirm which PDF Viewer extension is that what you mentioned?

    Maybe, directly asking the author of the specific extension about how to split and show different "Figure" is better. In Visual Studio, as far as I know, you can pull this control to show two parts of the same file(See the screenshot below).
