I'm unable to register to developer account with my personal Microsoft account, I keep getting "Not authorized, You don't have permission to perform this task. For assistance, contact your account administrator."

2022-06-01T02:53:38.65+00:00 You need to check it by yourself, But if you doesn't know how to do that, you could try to open a free support ticket here: Contact Us. Go to Contact us, find Non-Technical Support - Dashboard and choose CHAT NOW or SUBMIT AN INCIDENT. You could talk to the store team directly and the store team could check the status of your account in the back end.
