Access Hyperlinks

Hi I'm using Access 365 and Windows 10.
I have a access database with hyperlinks, actually the link to the network file is in a text field,
in he form I made a field "link" ="#"[link field]&"#"
this makes it a hyperlink to the file, this field is set to (is hyperlink)
it shows as hyperlink but when I click on a picture link it opens edge but nothing happens,
when I click on a tcw link it says can't open.
It all used to work and it still works on my other computers, just one is acting up all of a sudden
and won't open it.
I haven't changed anything in the settings, it just stopped working on this PC.
I reinstalled the whole office new, but still the same.
Only on this one computer. What else could I try ?
mp3 links work it opens I tunes and plays the song, just jpg and tcw.
tcw should open Turbocad.

I'm lost please help since this is a business application

This is a recent bug.
If you force an update to version Build 15225.20204 or later, it should be resolved.
