What does this pop window mean?

Hello,
two years ago, I used my personal computer for work because my work computer have not arrived. installed company's MS system. two years later, i still get a popup winder as shown in the image that says:
"windows security"
"Microsoft word or excel, etc."
"connecting to "insert my company email""
"email field"
"password field"
etc.

What is this?
do I have to worry about it?
the problem is that I am currently logged into my personal MS ACCOUNT and using my personal MS suite.

Hi, @Victor Okeh
From the information you provided, I understand that you were using a company account.
You can search for Credential Manager in the search bar and open it to delete the Windows and Office credentials for your corporate account.
