Cannot create Teams

When i start the teams app is get only the help page. I do not have the Create teams option in the app.

I do not have the Create teams option in the app.

From your description, it's likely that you are restricted by a company wide policy from creating Office 365 groups or teams. So it's recommended to contact your IT admin to understand your organization's policy for creating teams.
