Not able to view appointment for my PL-300 exam through certification dashboard showing 0 appointments

I am not able to view the appoitment details of my schedule exam of PL 300 Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst.
The exam was schedule today May 30, 2022 at 10:30 AM IST but I was not able to give exam as appoitment details were not found in the dashboard.
There is one alternate email address which is linked to my main email address due to that this might be happening.
I want to merge the alternate account with my main account so that in future I will not face this problem again. Or I want to unlink that alternate account from my main account.

Kindly help.

I will provide the details of accounts once I get the response.
