Teams Channel not visible

Hello Teams Community,

Please i need your help on this

Sub-Channels are not visible in Teams. Only the "General" Channel is still visible to all team members. The missing team channels are not visible and restorable in the team's admin center or for the administrator from this team channel

    Please check if those user have the permission to access those channels. See this to know each channel:

    The missing team channels are not visible and restorable in the team's admin center or for the administrator from this team channel

    By this, do you mean you've already checked it via Teams admin center > Teams > Manage teams, select the team, click the Channels tab, but cannot see the missing channels there, right?

    If this is the case and it's a recently occurred issue(by default, audit logs are retained for 90 days), it's suggested to search for the "Deleted channel" activities in audit logs and see if there would be any clues:
