Keyboard nog visible when I start Tabtip.exe with a user without explorer.

I have the same problem as described in this blog.

1) I have created a customized user that can't use explorer. When is start the tabtip.exe it wil automaticaly start tabtip32.exe and the keyboard is not visible. But i need te toggle with the tabtip keyboard.

2) When I turn explorer on, with that same user, and start tabtip.exe. Only tabtip.exe will start (not the tabtip32.exe) and the keyboard is visible.

Is there a way to toggle with the keyboard when I don't have a explorer?
