I cant find Office that I loaded in computer> It is a new one off paid. I needed to delete it and now it says code has been used

    Do you mean that no Office shown on Programs of Control Panel, there is also not any results after searching Office apps in Search Box?

    What version of Office do you paid for?
    You may check it via logging your account in Services & Subscriptions.

    Please let us know that under what circumstances does this error message appear?
    Generally, the message "code has been used" would be prompted when you log other accounts which is different from the associated account to activate Office.

    Maybe you could try to use uninstall support tool to uninstall Office, then reinstall it again to check this issue, please make sure the account you use is correct.
