How to open Outlook 365 Com-add ins from powershell

Need some assistance if anyone knows how to open Com-Add ins(File -> Options -> Add-ins a>> "Manage: COM Add-ins) dialog box using powershell script when the outlook is already open.

The reason for this is I want the user to know where to find the add in options (instead of instruction based currently), and enable the add-ins one by one (to diagnose which add-in is corrupted).

I understand there are powershell scripts that are able to directly disabled/enable add-ins directly, but this is not what we are looking for
