Hi @Ravichandran, Gopi Krishna , welcome to Microsoft Q&A forum.
As I understand you are not able to see Security blade and the options like Microsoft Defender, Private Endpoints under it.
Security features are available for "General Purpose" and "Memory Optimized" pricing tiers, hence in Basic tier we don't find the Security options available. Please refer to below links for more details and check the Note section:

Please let us know if you have selected a general purpose or memory optimized tier and still do not see the security blade.
