Working within teams and using the notebooks and assignment functions are fantastic for educators and learners. however, thinking about those who have visual difficulties there is no option to change fonts, background colours or sizes of fonts to make the general use of things like teams, forms etc easier for say those visually impaired , visually stressed or even dyslexic.

it would be good if there was a way to change the interface so fonts and back ground colours can be changed as they can be when adding content .

    Hi @Tracy Langley ,

    Welcome to Microsoft Q&A!

it would be good if there was a way to change the interface so fonts and back ground colours can be changed as they can be when adding content .

As regards to fonts, personally agree with you on that it would be great if the font type or size can be customized within the Teams application. Then I tried searching around and noticed that there are already some similar feature request submitted in the dedicated feedback portal for Microsoft Teams. I've added my votes there and I'll leave the links below so that you or others who see our discussion here can also add votes or comments there. Hopefully we can see this option available in the near future.

When it comes to the back ground colors, may I know which edition of Teams client you are using?
If you are using Teams for personal or small business use, we can change the Teams theme from default to either Dark or High Contrast. SeeCustomize your Teams theme

If you are using Teams for Education(as noticed from your description that you mentioned about the "assignment fuctions" and "educators and learners"), please understand that currently the tag “office-teams-windows-itpro” in Q&A forum only focuses on general questions for “Microsoft Teams for Business”, while “Teams for Education” is not yet supported here and I personally have no access to Teams for Edu for further checking, so would you mind posting in the dedicated community for Teams for Edu instead if you need further confirmation about this feature?
