There is an old forum post on the same subject, but this was for Windows Server. The answer discussed add Routing and Remote Access Service (RRAS).
Try creating the bridge first then team to one of the adapters.

Hello everyone, I have a PC with:
OS: Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC;
3 Ethernet port Intel (R) 210 Gigabit Networt Connection.
I am trying to do a teaming of 2 Ethernet Ports and a bridge of these two teamed ports with the third Ethernet.
I created the teaming using "Windows power shell" doing it was written in the forum https://mcsaguru.com/how-to-enable-nic-teaming-in-windows-10/
As soon as I tried to bridge the connections, a window popped up saying "Please wait while Windows bridges the connection". I waited for half an hour and nothing happened and I could not do anything. I restarted the PC and I could not open the window "Change adapter options" anymore. The only way to open that was to revert to a previous version of the machine without this configuration. I tried on 2 different industrial PC with the same characteristics and the same thing happened (in a case I had also driver power state failure). Can anyone help with this issue?
Thanks.

For team 2 Ethernet ports in Windows 10.
Microsoft has never officially supported NIC teaming in a Windows Client OS, only Server OS.
Windows 10, does not have this ability anymore, they removed it a couple versions/updates ago. You need Windows Server or a NIC that has native support for this in their drivers to do this anymore.
