Hello, When i try create RedHatOpen shift cluster i have message: 'The value for the template parameter 'aadObjectId' at line '200' and column '24' is not provided.

    Based on the error message you shared, looks like you are experiencing this error when you try to deploy ARO from Azure Portal.

    You should be able to deploy ARO from Azure CLI/Cloud Shell with out any issue. Please refer this document.

    Additionally, also check your resource quota and see if you have enough quota to accommodate ARO cluster. Please refer this link.
