Restarting the Geneva Monitoring Extension on VM restart

I am currently deploying the Geneva Monitoring Extension on a VM scale set for a set of VMs which need the occasional restart. Is there a way to update the ARM template or add a powershell update so that every time the VM gets restarted, the monitoring extension does not need to be manually restarted?

    Everytime your machine or VM restarts, you need to run one of these two commands to restart your data collection agent.
