Hi All

I am having two windows server 2012 R2 datacenter edition servers in Azure. These were migrated from VMware to Azure 3 years back. i am using KMS licensing. I want to upgrade these servers to Windows Server 2019. i.e first i will upgrade to Windows Server 2016 and then to Windows Server 2019. Is is possible to perform OS upgrade on Servers hosted in Azure. Experts guide me.

Looks like you can't do it unless you move them local, do the upgrade, move them back to azure.
