Trouble during the exam

Hi admin, I have a problem with my test yesterday (attached file), When I checked in and was about to take my test I saw the question then the test closed and the result was reported. I failed while I haven't clicked any effects and questions, I'm very sad about this result and would like you to check so I can continue my test: my info:

    Dear DSPatrick,

    I submitted the case to PearsonVUE but received a response as attached. I am very dissatisfied with the solution, the reason is that when I entered the survey, to question 0/62 ie the question about preparing for the test, the system automatically submitted my post. The computer system (Dell Precision 5550) is installed with copyrighted windows 11 and does not violate any laws of Pearson VUE. It's the PeasonVUE or Microsoft system's fault. So do you have any other solution for me? I am very unhappy with that solution.
