I have already set up two ha head nodes,
ater, after a head node is removed, an error will occur if it is added back.
"The operation failed due to errors during execution."
"An item with the same key has already been added."
"Nested operation with ID cd945132-7bb8-436f-8fe9-ba0d1f485f86 failed"
An Azure service that is used to provision Windows and Linux virtual machines.
Can you share more details on this to assist you better.
How did you rejoin one of the head nodes back? Did you reinstall the head node? Could you describe the steps performed in detail?

At the beginning, I successfully installed two head nodes and chose ha mode,
After that, I manually removed one head node, removed the installation software and restarted it, and even reinstalled another one to join the existing head node. However, I saw that the one was being provisioned all the time.

Please remove the head node from HPC Cluster Manager and then add it again following the previous deployment steps that you shared.
This should resolve the issue.
