How to get the range of IP address that azure data lake and adf have for the restricted access ?

Hi,

I want to use this option in azure data lake to enable it to be connected from the specific IPs only

but when i enabled this my adf stopped communicating to data lake. It seems some IP of adf should be added to the lis of Ips in datalake. Can anybody help me out getting the IPs list for datalake and adf.
