Teams crashing

Please I need your help on this issue

External Teams meetings make Teams crash/freeze when waiting in the lobby.

On the second attempt to connect to the call I am able to join however there is no audio.

When clicking on the meeting URL it takes me to a web page that gives me a choice to open it up with Teams web version this again gives the same results as using the desktop app.

Is it happening on all meetings?
Have you disabled GPU hardware acceleration?
