Cannot delete a post in channel in teams

Hello Teams Community,

Please i need your help on this issue.

A user cannot delete a specific post in a channel on Teams, she has access to delete all other posts but not this specific one.

I added myself as an owner of the team and can replicate the issue. The 3 dots doesn't appear for the post.

Did you mean the 3 dots to show more option is missing?

Can you open the file correctly by clicking on it?

And if you accessing the Sharepoint site and check for this file, can you see and modify this file correctly?

The same issue applies to both the Desktop and web client. As far as I know, it is a standard post, the screenshot is attached, and yes the policy those options are enabled in the policy.

The post in question is the one that is posted by Hannah the post above has the 3 dot option

Beside the 3 dot, are the emojis also missing on this post?

Can you reply to this post normally?
Also, can the post owner Hannah see the 3 dot option?

There are no emojis, nothing is available.

we cannot reply to the post, the post owner does not have the 3 dots either.

I suppose it may be possible that the post has been corrupted.
